Maximilian is acting store manager for the Ica store in Mellringe.
He has previously taken the initiative for safety walks in the area after it was messy and uneasy inside and outside the store during the evenings, and now he welcomes the new law.

I think it should be obvious that every employee should be able to go to work every day and feel safe.
As it is today, individual individuals have been behind crime, disorder and contributed to a threatening environment for employees.
Although he is positive about the law, he does not see it as sufficient.
- There is a need for more legislation and greater cooperation between entrepreneurs, prosecutors and the police.
But above all, we would need stronger legislation, which strengthens us in our work to secure business.
