Five years ago, Lilian Johansson started swimming all year round in the salmon ladder in Rössjöholmsån in Munka-Ljungby in Ängelholm municipality.

Since then, the baths have become more and more and for the past two years she has taken a dip almost every day.

- It's a bit like a jacuzzi bubbling with a little waterfall that gives a massage on the back.

It's a great experience.

If I am not allowed to swim, it feels like a hole in my day, she says.

A couple of weekends ago when the river froze to ice, she could not swim for several days.

In the end, she could not hold on any longer and took an ax and punched holes in the ice so she could dip.

SVT followed last week with Lilian Johansson when she took one of her daily baths in the special environment - see what it looked like in the clip above.
