220 new police officers appointed to become masters after training

Dresden (dpa / sn) - After completing their training, 220 women and men were appointed police officers in Saxony on Monday.

The 69 women and 151 men completed their training at the police schools in Schneeberg, Chemnitz and Leipzig, as announced by the Ministry of the Interior.

115 of them will initially serve with the riot police, 33 in the Leipzig Police Department, 25 in the Dresden Police Department, 23 in the Görlitz Police Department, 17 in the Zwickau Police Department and 7 in the Chemnitz Police Department.
