  Archaeologist Civita Giuliana said that the chariot was found in a suburban villa, just a few hundred meters from the ancient city of Pompeii.

According to a report by the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), the body is "consisting of iron parts, beautiful bronze and tin decorations" and is in "excellent" state of preservation.

  The head of the archaeological team, Massimo Osanna, said that this kind of carriage is likely to be used for military parades or parades. This discovery can further our understanding of the ancient world.
