Düsseldorf (AP) - After an accident with a tram, a trapped St. Bernard was freed by the fire department in Düsseldorf.
The fire brigade announced on Saturday evening that hydraulic lifting cylinders were used to rescue the dog.
At the same time, the dog was looked after by rescue workers.
After an assessment by an emergency doctor, the St. Bernard and its owner were taken to the veterinary clinic in Düsseldorf-Rath to be looked after.
