He also asked the members of the Security Council to assess the work of the Russian peacekeepers, the Emergencies Ministry forces and border guards in Karabakh, as well as talk about the progress of cooperation with international organizations and foreign partners.
Earlier, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev assessed the role of the Russian peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh as "satisfactory and positive".
