　　The 4 department-level officials are Wu Guorui, deputy chairman of the Legislative Affairs Committee of the People’s Congress of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Zheng Jun, secretary and chairman of the Party Committee of Inner Mongolia Transportation Investment (Group) Co., Ltd., and Bai Jirong, the former inspector of the Office of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Institutional Organization Committee, and the original territory of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Zhao Baosheng, member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Resources Department.

　　Public information shows that Wu Guorui, male, Han nationality, was born in April 1960, a native of Wenshui County, Shanxi Province, with a postgraduate degree. He joined the Communist Party of China in January 1985 and started working in August 1983.

From April 2020 to present, he has been the deputy chairman of the Legislative Affairs Committee of the 13th People's Congress of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

　　Zheng Jun, male, Han nationality, was born in August 1964, from the right-wing front banner of Chahar, Inner Mongolia, with a postgraduate degree. He joined the Communist Party of China in September 1994 and started working in September 1986.

From May 2019 to present, he has served as Party Secretary and Chairman of Inner Mongolia Transportation Investment (Group) Co., Ltd.

　　Bai Jirong, male, Mongolian nationality, born in August 1959, from Horqin Left Rear Banner in Inner Mongolia, university degree, joined the Communist Party of China in December 1988, and started working in June 1977.

From March 2018 to August 2019, he served as Inspector of the Office of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Institutional Organization Committee (at the department level); in August 2019, he retired.

　　Zhao Baosheng, male, Mongolian nationality, was born in December 1951 in Xinghe County, Inner Mongolia, with a university degree. He joined the Communist Party of China in August 1981 and started working in September 1975.

From March 2000 to January 2012, he served as a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Department of Land and Resources of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region; in January 2012, he retired.

　　In addition, the Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region also notified Liu Baitian, secretary of the Horqin Zuoyizhong Banner Committee of Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia, to accept disciplinary review and supervision and investigation.

　　Liu Baitian, male, Han nationality, was born in April 1964 in Kulun Banner, Inner Mongolia. He has a postgraduate degree in Inner Mongolia Party School. He joined the Communist Party of China in August 1990 and started working in August 1984.

From April 2016 to present, he has served as Secretary of the Banner Committee of the Horqin Left-wing Zhongqi in Tongliao City.
