The LAPD authorities announced that there were two men between the ages of 20 and 25.

According to People.com, a spokesman for the pop star confirmed that the recording came from a neighbor of the singer.

The singer has offered a reward of $ 500,000 for information about the whereabouts of her dogs, the spokesperson announced.
