“At the moment, the investigators have detained two active employees of PKU IK-1 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Yaroslavl Region, suspected of committing the specified crime,” the Investigative Directorate for the region said in a statement.
At the moment, a petition is being prepared to choose a preventive measure against them in the form of detention.
