The evening with friends ended at the hospital for one of them, at the police station for the other.

Tuesday around 2 a.m. in the Reynerie district of Toulouse, a 41-year-old man offers his 36-year-old friend to take him home, after spending a few hours together.

Arrived in front of the thirty-something's home, they decide not to leave right away and share a beer.

This is when things go wrong: the forty-something cannot convince his boyfriend to get out of the car to return to his accommodation.

When he tries to force him out, the passenger rebels and punches him twice with the cutter in the face.

The assailant is overpowered by witnesses to the scene as the injured person goes to hospital, where he will be prescribed three days of ITT.

The 30-something denies the facts

Back on the scene to recover his vehicle, he calls the police who come to pick up the suspect, who will deny being the author of the facts in custody.

Brought before the Toulouse public prosecutor's office on Wednesday, the thirty-something must be tried Friday in immediate appearance.
