Armenia intends to cooperate with Russia in reforming its Armed Forces

“Today I intend to sign a decision on the formation of a working group headed by the Minister of Defense to create a concept and timeline for reforming the Armed Forces.

I would like to emphasize that in this direction we intend to closely cooperate with the main strategic ally in the field of security - Russia, ”he said.

Earlier, Armenian President Armen Sarkissian, at the suggestion of Pashinyan, dismissed the First Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces Tiran Khachatrian.
