Heidelberg (dpa) - The regional court in Heidelberg sentenced a 38-year-old to three years and four months in prison for sexual abuse of a child.
Since the trial took place in camera, details are only given in the indictment.
Accordingly, after contact via a sadomasochistic WhatsApp group in 2019, the man agreed to meet a then 13-year-old.
He knew the age of the girl from Leipzig.
There the man from Leimen (Rhein-Neckar-Kreis) met the child, whom he is said to have tied up and then carried out sexual acts on him against his will.
After the girl refused to have sex, the prosecution alleged that he freed her from the handcuffs and let her go home.
The youth protection chamber saw it as proven that he had posted child pornographic content in this WhatsApp group in two cases (Az. 3 KLs 330 Js 6321/20 jug.)
The defense pleaded for a sentence of just over three years.
The prosecution suggested three years and nine months.
