Trebur (dpa / lhe) - A racing cyclist was seriously injured in a collision with a car in Trebur (Groß-Gerau district).
At an intersection, the 67-year-old cyclist and the car of a 34-year-old collided on Tuesday, the police said on Wednesday.
The cyclist was therefore seriously injured in a hospital.
The 34-year-old driver suffered a shock, it said.
According to a police spokesman, the investigation should now show how the collision could have come about.
