Ehringshausen (dpa / lhe) - An overturned truck caused significant disabilities on the Autobahn 45 near Ehringshausen in Central Hesse on Wednesday.
In the direction of Dortmund and Hanau, lanes had to be closed, as the police announced.
According to initial findings, the truck began to lurch in the direction of Dortmund due to a blown tire.
The vehicle overturned and partly remained on the central barrier.
The driver reportedly had to be taken to hospital injured.
Long traffic jams formed because of the rescue work.
