Neuhaus am Rennweg (dpa / th) - In the region around Neuhaus am Rennweg, people have been waiting in vain for goods ordered in recent weeks.
The reason: A thieving parcel delivery person who, according to police reports from Wednesday, has now been exposed.
The 27-year-old was caught in the act loading packages into his private car on Tuesday.
He is suspected of having embezzled numerous parcel shipments in the region in the Sonneberg district since at least the beginning of December 2020.
The damage is estimated at around 4,000 euros.
During the search of the man's private rooms, evidence was found.
