The police said that forces found him motionless on Wednesday.
Despite immediate resuscitation measures, ultimately only the death of the man could be determined.
The identity of the deceased was reportedly initially unknown.
"It is so far unclear whether it is a resident," said the police.
At first there was also no information on the cause of death or the cause of the fire.
The police put the property damage in the house at a six-figure amount.
The criminal police have taken over the investigation.
