It is a rather muddled case which must be judged this Friday in Toulouse, as part of an immediate appearance.

Tuesday morning at 6:45 am, a 46-year-old woman was arrested on Boulevard de Suisse, north of the city.

She had just hit her 51-year-old husband with her car, a few kilometers away, in the Ginestous sector.

Saliva tests revealed that she had taken narcotics.

The 50-year-old suffered a head injury, with a swollen eye and arched stitches.

He was prescribed five days of ITT.

The latter had a conflicting relationship with the forty-something.

The couple's daughter told investigators that her parents separated a year ago, but got back together a fortnight ago.

Since then, the arguments would have been very frequent.

The victim exonerates his partner

In police custody, the woman admitted the facts, specifying however that she thought that her companion wanted to kill her lover, because he would have been armed with knives when she knocked him down.

Interviewed at the hospital, the victim presented a very different version.

He exonerated the motorist, assuring that she had nothing to do with his injuries.
