The Haute-Garonne firefighters were notified shortly before 6 a.m. by the gendarmes.
Arrived on site alongside the Samu, they tried to save a couple of Sabonnères, southwest of Toulouse.
After trying to revive them, they ended up declaring the death of the 47-year-old man and this 46-year-old woman, both of whom had been shot dead.
On site, in the family home, was also a 12-year-old girl.
The young girl was not injured but was transported in shock to the emergency room of the children's hospital in Toulouse.
The gendarmes were still there this morning to determine the circumstances of their deaths.
