Oberhausen (dpa / lnw) - Special police forces arrested a 53-year-old man from Oberhausen on Wednesday.
He is said to have shot and injured a 33-year-old with intent to kill.
The alleged victim himself went to a hospital the evening before with gunshot wounds.
The man is not in mortal danger, said the police.
The investigation quickly led to the 53-year-old urgent suspect, who is now being brought before the judge for an attempted homicide.
