The department also stated that no casualties were caused by the explosion and relevant personnel had taken equipment to the scene of the incident.

  According to the report, after the explosion, the Orenburg State Government also issued a message saying: “Rescuers, regional departments, professionals from the State Environmental Protection Department, natural gas company staff, and ecologists have gone to the scene of the incident. Mobilize manpower for the aftermath of the accident."

  The news also said: "Orenburg Governor Dennis Pasler is coordinating the work of various departments."

  Preliminary information shows that the above pipeline belongs to the Yekaterinburg Gas Transport Company, a subsidiary of Gazprom.

After the explosion, the Russian Ministry of Energy said that the explosion had caused the suspension of natural gas transit transportation to Kazakhstan.
