The intelligence expert: "Harder to know who is behind the threat"

Espionage against Swedish companies comes with new aspects that did not exist ten years ago.

 - State actors, organized crime, violent extremists and others have a tendency to cooperate to a greater extent, so it is becoming increasingly difficult to know who is behind the threat itself, says Henrik Häggström.

But he believes that Sweden is still preparing for attempts at various types of espionage.

- There is a mobilization in Sweden today that includes new legislation, new strategies and new educational programs aimed at Swedish business and authorities.
