According to Malaysia Sin Chew.com, Malaysia’s Senior Minister of Education Mohd Raz announced that the implementation of the Movement Control Order, Conditional Movement Control Order and Recovery Period Movement Control Order will be phased in for schools in areas Start class.

All pre-kindergarten, first and second grade students will be the first to return to school on March 1.

As for the students in the third to sixth grades of elementary school, they will return to school from March 8.

  Mohd Raz stated at the press conference that as for the secondary school group, students in Group A schools (Johor, Kedah, Kelantan, Terengganu) will return to school on April 4; Group B schools (Perlis, Penang, Perak, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Malacca, Pahang, Sabah, Sarawak, Kuala Lumpur, Labuan and Putrajaya) students will return to school on April 5.

He pointed out that the mid-term holiday for Group A schools is from March 26 to April 3 (9 days in total), and the holiday for Group B schools is from March 27 to April 4 (9 days in total).

  Mohd Raz said that private schools will generally start according to the timetable of government schools, that is, pre-school and first and second grade students will return to school on March 1st, third to sixth grades will be on March 8, and secondary school will be 4 Month 4 (Group A) or 5 (Group B).

  He said that all international schools registered under the Ministry of Education and private education institutions (IPS Kategori Pusat) registered with the central group, including tuition centers, can be opened from March 8.

  Mohd Raz said that students of the Malaysia Technical Vocational Certificate in the first year and the second semester of the Malaysian Technical Vocational Diploma can return to school on March 1.

  He requires all students to follow standard operating procedures for epidemic prevention after returning to campus.
