Earlier, the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal demanded an explanation from Urusky because of the photo in which he was next to the head of Chechnya.
Urusky said that the personal guests of the ruling family "were placed in alphabetical order," so he and Kadyrov were close by.
In his Telegram channel, Kadyrov jokingly reacted to the situation.

As it turned out, the mysterious stranger turned out to be Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleg Urusky, ”wrote the head of Chechnya.
He added that "any adequate person who has not lost the ability to think soberly would not have believed this," but "this is not about officials who have settled in high government offices in Ukraine."

Until yesterday I had no idea who Urusky was, ”Kadyrov said.
The politician stressed that "all this hype has been sucked from the finger" and "not worth a damn."
