Podgorica (dpa) - The German basketball players have finished qualifying for the European Championship in the coming year with another defeat.
The team of national coach Henrik Rödl lost in Podgorica against hosts Montenegro with 75:82 (32:45) and finished the group with only one win from six games as bottom of the table.
The weak performance is meaningless, because Germany was previously set as a co-host for the EM 2022.
