Hanover (dpa / lni) - In a violent dispute on the banks of the Maschsee in Hanover with several people involved, a man was seriously injured on Monday.
He probably suffered stab wounds in the confrontation in the early evening and was taken to hospital, as press spokesman Michael Bertram reported.
At first he was unable to provide any information about the victim or the perpetrator or perpetrators and also about possible motives.
The bank and the adjoining water surface should be searched for traces and possible weapons in the evening.
There were also witnesses whose statements should be evaluated.
