So, in the past year, residents of Russia most often spent on travel from four to seven days - for such a period, 30% of all air tickets were bought.

Another 28% of Russians went somewhere for two or three days.

The largest number of days - from 8 to 14 - was spent on trips by 22% of the country's residents, while 9% flew away for more than two weeks.

Only 7% of Russians traveled for a day, while 4% of Russian citizens even returned home on the day of departure.

At the same time, service analysts told which travel destinations last year became the most popular among the country's residents.

Thus, first place in the corresponding rating went to Moscow - 21% of travelers visited the capital.

The second place was taken by the resort town of Sochi with 10%, the third - by St. Petersburg, which gained 9%.

Simferopol, Krasnodar, Mineralnye Vody, Kaliningrad, Kazan, Makhachkala and Yekaterinburg are also in the top 10 popular destinations.
