Frankfurt / Main (dpa / lhe) - After two months of negotiations, the verdict is expected in the trial of a wild car ride through the Frankfurt city area today before the Frankfurt Regional Court.
The 27-year-old defendant is said to have driven several kilometers from the Bahnhofsviertel to the Bockenheim district in August 2019 after a dispute with his opponent on the hood.
Eventually the 26-year-old fell down and was dragged several hundred meters along the ground.
He suffered life-threatening injuries and has been paraplegic ever since.
In court it was therefore about attempted manslaughter and dangerous bodily harm.
