On the basis of information, about thirty soldiers interrupted what they believed to be a drug transaction.
Three young people were arrested on the spot and a one kilo sachet of white powder seized.
At the time, the delivery was positive for cocaine.

But the next day, the same test was much less convincing.
And for good reason, it was in fact only a kilo of plaster, just sprinkled with a few grams of cocaine, probably to lure potential buyers.
Two of the youths were released after 24 hours in police custody without any charges being brought against them.
The third opted for a “plead guilty” procedure.
For possession of a few grams of drugs then.
