Kiel (dpa / lno) - 112 new corona infections were reported in Schleswig-Holstein on Sunday.
This emerges from data that the Ministry of Health in Kiel published in the evening (data status: February 21, 8:11 p.m.).
Seven days earlier it had been 122.
The number of cases is often slightly lower on Sunday, partly because fewer tests are carried out and evaluated.
This means that 41 107 corona cases have been confirmed in the country since the pandemic began.
The number of infections per 100,000 inhabitants within seven days fell slightly nationwide to 50.9 (Saturday: 51.0).
It was still highest in Flensburg (164.1), where stricter measures have been in place since the weekend.
The lowest value was recorded in Dithmarschen at 14.3.
The target for the next opening steps is a maximum of 35 new infections per 100,000 inhabitants in seven days.
The ministry also registered six other deaths related to Sars-CoV-2, the number rose to 1,212.

According to the information, 342 corona patients are currently being treated in hospitals in Schleswig-Holstein.
73 of them are receiving intensive care, 48 with ventilation.
