Tübingen (dpa / lsw) - Two people were seriously injured in an accident in the Dußlinger tunnel (Tübingen district).
Probably because of excessive speed, a 77-year-old collided with his car with a car in front and then drove past it on the right, as the police announced on Saturday.
The 77-year-old's car then brushed the tunnel wall, skidded, hit the opposite tunnel wall and finally collided with the car of a 64-year-old.
The woman and the 77-year-old driver were seriously injured in the accident on Friday.
According to the police, the tunnel was closed for several hours in the direction of Balingen.
