“The court ruled to impose a fine on Alexei Anatolyevich Navalny in the amount of 850 thousand rubles,” the judge's ruling says.
The IC opened a criminal case against Navalny on suspicion of libel against Artyomenko in June 2020.
The libel case was opened because of Navalny's comments on the RT video, in which veteran Ignat Artyomenko spoke in support of changes to the Constitution.
During the meeting, the state prosecutor asked the court to fine Navalny 950 thousand rubles.
