For such violations, the "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of the Use of Medical Security Funds" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") have made clear penalties.
The National Medical Insurance Bureau will take multiple measures with relevant departments to standardize medical service behavior. On the one hand, it will strengthen the reform of payment methods to allow medical institutions to increase their endogenous motivation to control costs; on the other hand, they will increase comprehensive supervision and further regulate medical institutions. The medical service behavior of the country has implemented the requirements of the "Regulations" in place.
The Information Office of the State Council held a regular briefing on the State Council’s policies on the 20th to introduce the “Regulations”. At the meeting, a reporter asked whether the medical security fund is the “money” or “life-saving money” for the people. However, some hospitals have over-medical treatment. To a certain extent, the medical insurance fund was wasted.
