Frankfurt / Main (dpa) - Eintracht Frankfurt's trainer Adi Hütter has spoken out in favor of a contract extension with the 37-year-old Makoto Hasebe.
The Japanese is not only a role model on the pitch, said the coach of the Bundesliga team on Saturday on TV channel Sky.
"If you still play three games a week on the six at 37, you can still add a season to it," the coach explained.
Hasebe, who won the German championship with VfL Wolfsburg in 2009, has been playing for Frankfurt since 2014.
