These senators therefore ask Mr. Macron to "re-examine the request to reopen restaurants at noon time" and to "allow take-out after 6 p.m. for people with a certificate (...), after having strongly encouraged restaurateurs to develop this service ”.
"The French have unfortunately understood that the way out of the crisis would not be immediate, but closure cannot be the only horizon for these tens of thousands of establishments", they conclude.
