Gadeokdo Special Law met a rock during the National Assembly bill review process on the 17th.



Originally, the Democratic Party's original draft included a special provision that exempted the preliminary feasibility study from verifying the economic feasibility of public investment projects in which more than 30 billion won was invested.



It was a strategy to proceed with the new airport business with a sense of speed, but it was because there were objections that it should be revised, saying it was an excessive preference.



However, the atmosphere changed 180 degrees at the bill review held again today.



The proposal to re-introduce the'preliminary exemption' clause passed the so-called standing committee by agreement between the two parties.
