Meppen (dpa / lni) - SV Meppen has achieved the next important home win in the relegation battle of the 3rd soccer league.

Against Halleschen FC, coach Torsten Frings' team won 2-1 (1-1) on Friday evening.

Hassan Amin put the Emsländer in the lead in the 10th minute.

Michael Eberwein equalized for the guests shortly before the break.

In the 71st minute, Tom Boere scored the winning goal with his first goal for Meppener.

Just two minutes earlier, the Dutchman, who had come from Türkgücü Munich in January, hit the post.

In the third home game of the year it was already the third victory for SVM.
