As the minister noted, "glorification of Nazism in any form is unacceptable for Latvia."

61 of the Immigration Law, I made a decision to include the citizen of the Russian Federation Vladimir Soloviev in the list of undesirable persons of the Republic of Latvia.

Glorification of Nazism in any form is not acceptable for Latvia.

Solovyov himself said that he would discuss with a lawyer filing a claim in court because of this decision, RIA Novosti reports. 

In November 2019, Rinkevich included the Russian singer Grigory Leps in the list of persons banned from entering the country.
