During the all-day hearing, doctors and lawyers have their say, as well as an economist and a crisis researcher.
This time the focus is on the so-called perspective plan of the state government.
This step-by-step plan includes opening steps in the current lockdown, which are linked to certain infection numbers.
On the one hand, the expert hearing is accompanied by falling numbers overall.
On the other hand, the more contagious British virus variant is spreading increasingly.
This currently affects the city of Flensburg in particular, which will tighten its already increased protective measures from Saturday.
Such an expert hearing was held last November.
