Villarreal (dpa) - Bundesliga soccer team TSG 1899 Hoffenheim is competing for the first time in a knockout round of an international competition.
The Kraichgauer are playing in the Europa League round of 16 against Norway's outsider Molde FK.
Because the Corona restrictions currently also prohibit professional athletes from traveling to Norway, the game will take place in Villarreal, Spain.
Hoffenheim have won their preliminary group with 16 points and are the clear favorites in the first leg.
However, the team of coach Sebastian Hoeneß has to do without the World Cup second Andrej Kramaric, who has an ankle injuries.
