The Russians named manipulations as the most unpleasant factor in interaction with the leadership: 36% of the respondents gave the corresponding answer.
“36% of the respondents noted that they are most dissatisfied with manipulations by the management with the help of threats to reduce wages, increase the volume of work, delays after a working day or dismissal.
29% of respondents indicated that they do not consider their boss to be a competent professional, ”the research results say.
At the same time, a quarter of the survey participants are dissatisfied with the personal qualities of their leaders, and 24% of the respondents said that managers show aggression towards their subordinates.
18% of respondents are unhappy with calls and messages from management outside of working hours.
15% of respondents noted the reluctance of their bosses to raise them, and 7% complained about gossip from the head.
The survey, which assumed the possibility of choosing several options for answers, was attended by 3.5 thousand people from all regions of Russia.
