Munich (dpa) - Türkgücü Munich has won the snow duel of the coach debutants in the 3rd soccer league against 1. FC Magdeburg.

After five games without a win, the Munich team won 2-1 (2-1) in the snow with new coach Andreas Pummer and spoiled Christian Titz on the other side.

Lucas Röser (6th minute, 13th) scored twice for Türkgücü on Monday evening.

Jurgen Gjasula converted in the 16th minute a penalty for the relegation-threatened Magdeburg, who ended the game after yellow-red against Andreas Müller (90 + 3) in a minority.

Referee Tom Bauer had to interrupt the game in the closing stages due to heavy snowfall.

Only after a break of several minutes in order to make the drawing of the playing field with snow shovels visible again, it went on.

The Munich team broke up with trainer Alexander Schmidt last week and initially climbed to sixth place in the table.

At the penultimate Magdeburg, Thomas Hoßmang had resigned after three defeats in a row.
