Anyone who thought that Sandra Näslund from Kramfors needed to rest after her World Cup gold in the comeback after the knee injury is wrong.

On Sunday, she and the rest of the national team went to Reiteralm in Austria for competitions in the World Cup.

We had a chat with happy Sandra after a breakfast in Munich, two days after her World Cup gold in Idre.

- It feels very good, completely unbelievable.

It's a great feeling!

Competitive

The ski cross season seemed to be short with fewer competitions than usual due to the spread of infection.

But thanks to moved and added competitions, Sandra gets the chance to compete further in the World Cup already on Wednesday.

- I look forward to continuing to compete now that I'm up and running again.

Now I had a bit of a flow that a competition was moved to after the World Cup and the one we are going to now that was added.

I'm glad I'm given the opportunity to run a little more races.

"Works to give one hundred percent"

Sandra, who injured a knee before the season, has been rehab training all autumn and winter.

Exactly one week ago, she made her first run in a ski cross track before she went to the qualifiers for the WC competition in Idre.

The competition, which was crowned with a World Cup gold, gave the answer, to say the least, that the knee lasts even if the injury was felt.

- I still feel my knee and I will probably do that for a while in the future.

But I think it works very well in the ride after these days.

Once I'm on the track and driving, it's not something I think about, but then it's only one hundred percent and I'm very happy that it works to give one hundred percent.
