Magdeburg (dpa / sa) - A drug dealer from Magdeburg has to serve his long prison sentence.
As the regional court announced on Monday, the Federal Court of Justice has confirmed the judgment.
The Magdeburg judges sentenced the now 37-year-old to a prison sentence of seven years and ten months for armed trafficking in narcotics, among other things.
He appealed against this.
According to the information, this was rejected by the 6th Criminal Senate of the Federal Court of Justice (BGH) with a decision of January 27, 2021.
This means that the judgment is final.
