Presidential election in Ecuador: crucial recount of part of the votes in the first round

In Ecuador, we are preparing to recount a large part of the votes in the first round of the presidential election: six million ballots, or 45% of the votes.
A request from the candidate of the indigenous party, who is currently given third and who is playing his candidacy for the second round.

But he won his case: the National Electoral Council announced that it was authorizing a new count.

that we will see what people think: the ballot boxes must reflect the will of Ecuadorians, it is something sacred and therefore I think the Electoral Council has corrected the shoot.

Evidence of fraud
The Pachakutik candidate, who claims to be providing evidence of the fraud, was supported in his request by Guillermo Lasso, the banker at the head of a right-wing coalition hitherto given second.

is that the Ecuadorian people live in tranquility, in peace and that this electoral process, which, for my part, will continue immediately with the campaign of the second round, is a process whose transparency and legitimacy should not be in doubt.
"
Magnitude count
And the new count will be significant: 100% of the votes of the province of Gayas, which has the most voters, and 50% of the votes of sixteen other provinces in which we find the capital, Quito.
All of this could last at least two weeks, 24 hours a day, the CNE said, and start next Monday or Tuesday.
