Apartment sales in Sorsele became big snack ice cream in Russia

In Sorsele, the municipality sells an apartment for one krona.

After all, the interest has been cool.

But a few days ago, the news began to spread unexpectedly in Russia.

SVT has found the news on a dozen Russian news sites such as Pravda and Lenta.

Interest in the apartment has completely exploded.

- The exchange has been called down by those who do not reach me, says Jeanette Eklund, housing broker at Sorsele municipality.

The price of one krona, or about nine rubles, may increase.

The great interest means that there will be bidding on the apartment.

- That so many people checked out Sorsele, got a positive image and want to move here feels great, says Jeanette Eklund.
