A large search device was set in motion this Sunday morning following an avalanche in the Lanchers valley sector between the village of Isola and the Isola 2000 station, say the Alpes-Maritimes firefighters.
One person is missing.
“A first victim has already been found by the emergency services.
Presenting a trauma to the legs, it is taken into account in the ambulance ”, details the Departmental Fire and Rescue Service (Sdis) 06.“ The emergency services are currently looking for a second person ”, is he also clarified.
A cynotechnical firefighter team and the Civil Security helicopter were called in to assist in the intervention.
