Berlin (dpa / bb) - Two men were seriously injured in a family dispute in the Lichtenberg district of Neu-Hohenschönhausen.
A 45-year-old father and his 19-year-old son clashed on Friday evening in an apartment on Nienhagener Strasse, the police announced on Saturday.
The young man is said to have attacked his father with a knife and seriously injured him.
His 23 year old brother supported him with his hands.
When a 31-year-old uncle tried to settle the dispute, he was also injured in the arm by the knife.
The 19-year-old fled from the alarmed police and his brother was temporarily arrested.
Father and uncle were taken to a hospital.
The reason for the dispute and the exact course of events were initially unclear.
