February 13, 2021 A dead person extracted from the snow and five people recovered are alive This is the situation after the two avalanches that broke off in the morning, almost simultaneously, from the slopes of Monte Giovo, above Lago Santo, in the Modenese Apennines and Monte Cusna, in the province of Reggio Emilia.
In the first case, one person died, while the other two were hospitalized as a precaution, in fair health conditions. On the Cusna three people were joined by the Alpine Rescue teams, carabinieri and firefighters. Conscious it seems they have not reported trauma.
However, investigations continue to verify that there are no other people.
