Only 1.6% of Russians thought about traveling in four to six months - before, there were 2.2%.

8-30 days before departure this year 26.4% of Russians planned to travel (in 2019 there were 28.1%).

They purchased air tickets 4.9% less often two to three months before departure - 7.8% in 2020, and bought them in 0.4% of cases in six months.

Train travel was also planned closer to the departure date.

So, in 2020, 67.7% of trips were booked a maximum of a week before the train departure (in 2019, this share was 59.7%).

From 8 to 14 days it took 12.8% of travelers to think about it (in 2019 - 14.1%), and 16.1% planned a trip for 15-44 days (21.3% in the previous year).

Only 3.4% of Russians thought for two months ahead in 2020, while in 2019 4.9% of service customers cared about early booking.

The most popular cities for travel are Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, Makhachkala, Mineralnye Vody, Rostov-on-Don, Yekaterinburg and Ufa.

In addition, the popularity of southern destinations has grown: they flew to Sochi and Simferopol 30% more often than in 2019.
