United Kingdom


After the detection of the latest bulletin, the United Kingdom has crossed the threshold of four million infections, reaching the quota of 4,010,376 infections since the beginning of the pandemic.

British health authorities have recorded 680 new coronavirus deaths in the past 24 hours among people who had fallen ill in the previous 28 days.

The total number of victims is 115,529. 



Also in the last 24 hours, 13,543 new infections have been recorded.

Data released yesterday reported 1,002 deaths and 13,077 new infections.

In the meantime, the vaccination campaign continues at full speed.

The people who have received the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine are now 13,577,851, an increase of over 450 thousand units compared to yesterday. 



United States


The JHU database reports at least 3,724 new coronavirus deaths and 103,306 new cases in the United States yesterday.

According to estimates by the New York Times in the last week, there were an average of 101,655 infections per day, a decrease of 36% compared to the average of the previous two weeks. 



To date, more than 27 million and 390 thousand people in the United States have been infected by Covid-19, where the vaccination campaign, after some initial stumbles, is continuing at full speed and has now reached an average of one and a half million doses per day so much that, according to President Joe Biden during a visit to the National Institute of Health, the US is on track to have a supply of vaccines for 300 million Americans "by the end of July".



Mexico


There is no peace for Mexico which in the latest health bulletin on the Covid emergency front, relating to yesterday, reported for the umpteenth time a very high number of deaths, as many as 1,474, for a total now reached 171,234 victims, the third heaviest in the world after those of the United States and Brazil.

In addition, 10,677 new infections have also been reported in the Central American country for a total of 1,968,566 since the onset of the disease.



Meanwhile, the vaccination campaign continues in Mexico.

The number of deaths in Germany linked to Covid-19 has risen to 64,191.

This was reported by the Robert Koch Institute (Rki), the institute that monitors the progress of the pandemic in the country, giving news of another 556 victims in the last 24 hours.

As for the infections, there are 9,860 more diagnosed than yesterday, for a total of over 2.3 million since the beginning of the emergency.
